We currently deliver only within Hyderabad. We’re a small-batch kitchen, and keeping delivery local for now lets us guarantee freshness on every order. Pan-India shipping is on our roadmap as we grow — check back, or write to us directly if you need delivery outside the city and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available.
Orders within a 5 km radius of our Ramnagar kitchen are delivered free of charge.
For addresses elsewhere in Hyderabad, delivery is arranged through Rapido or Ola, and the rider’s transport charge is added to your order — shown at checkout, or collected on delivery if arranged separately.
This transport charge is waived on any order above ₹3,000 — delivery is free anywhere within Hyderabad once your order crosses that value.
Because everything is made fresh in small batches rather than pulled off a shelf, delivery timelines depend on order volume and rider availability rather than a fixed courier schedule. We’ll confirm an expected delivery window with you when you place your order, and keep you updated by phone or WhatsApp if anything changes.
Once you place an order, we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp, or email, along with your delivery window. For deliveries outside the free radius, you’ll also get the rider’s contact details once they’re assigned, so you can track your order directly.
Every order is freshly packed and sealed just before dispatch, to keep your podis and drink mixes at their best. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy — we’ll make it right.
